Replying to LO11751 --

Two cents from a lurker.

I value the comments of the regular contributors. All of these people are
far more learned than I. Listening patiently as ideas get tested,
developed, contradicted, and evolve provides many valuable cycles of
learning. First there are the ideas themselves. Where else but here can
one read about Christianity, TQM, layered communication and union shops in
the same context? Second, there is the respect that all contributors show
to one another. They practice what they preach. Third, the regular
contributors provide an mooring on which the LO community can attach.
Thank you for sharing so willingly.
