We are in danger of equating the question 'what is reality?' to the
question 'what is organizational learning?'. In which case, around and
around we shall go.
I am reminded of a brief remark I once heard from Anthony DeMello:
"When the mystic points to the moon, the fool sees only his finger."
When we seek principles, we need to be careful about what our focus is,
e.g. what is the object of our priniciples - the moon or the mystic's
finger. For me, the LO is a finger.
