Hello. I work with Margaret Wheatley, Myron Kellner-Rogers, and Fritjof
Capra. I'd like to announce a couple of upcoming conferences.

-------
Self-Organizing Systems
A Simpler Way
-------

Over three days, our seminar explores the implications of the
self-organizing evolutionary paradigm as described in complexity science
and as observed in our organizations. We seek to create a new
understanding of living systems theory, and to examine the conditions and
leadership required to create an organization that can respond
continuously to change. Participants will be asked to do substantive
reading prior to the seminar. Each day will integrate presentations of
theory, principles and concepts with collaborative inquiry, in small and
large groups. We want to deepen our understanding of the meaning of these
concepts in our work, lives and world. Past participants have shifted the
nature and focus of their leadership and the design of major change
initiatives. Please join us for an inquiry that will change the way you
change.

Presenters:

Margaret Wheatley, author of Leadership and the New Science, Myron
Kellner-Rogers, co-author with Margaret Wheatley of A Simpler Way (August
1996), and Fritjof Capra, author of The Turning Point, The Tao of Physics,
and The Web of Life (August 1996).

This seminar works well for anyone exploring the implications of
self-organization and living systems theory for organizational and
societal change, both from private and public organizations.
