thank you for your diagram and discussion. I am a lurker who has been
reading for about a month. I work as a social worker for an organization
reorganizing itself and am intrigued by learning organizations. it has
been refreshing and encouraging to read dialogue on this list. thank you
again.

I live in Molokai Hawaii an island between Maui and Oahu with 6700 people.
I moved here from San Francisco 4 years ago. This list keeps me connected
to the mainland and another time frame. It is very rural and slow here.
