Vigdor asks what would be the 'best' Internet, and this is a good
question. Could we use principles of LO to design an Internet? What would
it look like? What would be the goals of this thing?

Vigdor mentions GDII, and perhaps he could describe what that is for
everyone. Would this be a good learning process about LO?
