I am on the board of directors for the management - semigovernment - for
700 schools in Belgium. We pay 25000 teachers and 500 civil servants. I do
lots of trainings (most using creativity and lateral thinking) myself -
internal and for schools. I did a.o. the visioning workshops (8 times two
days). Loved it. As I said, we are semi-government, we have a long way
to go... and I don't call myself neither a topmanager, nor a toptrainer.
