Hello. My name is Deirdre O'Reilly and I'm an Administrative
Assistant at the Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia in
Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Our Board is currently exploring the concept of "learning
organization", and I am one of a team of people researching this
concept in an attempt to identify how we would go about
implementing a learning organization approach within a
government-type organization.

I look forward to participating in this discussion group and also
to learning about other organizations' experiences with this
approach.
