In a recent post, I mentioned summarizing the discussions on "Danger in
the Comfort Zone" from an electronic discussion list. This was a major
work. I believe we need to ascribe the value add that is attributed to
organization. Look at the emergence of search engines on the internet, for
example.

I think the discussion here does not hold back ideas and sharing of
thinking. Again, the organization of ther thinking into a book is where
the vaule is added. If we all become disciples of LO in our consulting
practices, this will contribute its own value in return for the efforts of
all here?
