What I love about what you are saying Mike is that we can design for
maximum creativity and learning. WE have to and can get much cleverer at
that. For me the key question is

What is the most effective, minimum structure that enables maximum
creativity and learning - items which seem to be in short supply in
organisations which try to over-control people and information.
