I've seen the work from Kubla-Ross and the stages of trauma applied to
employees in the midst of change...usually massive changes (layoffs,
reorgs...) It was best applied to both the people directly impacted
and the people who were 'survivors' in the organization. The best one
I heard of was when (and I don't have the reference) they involved the
entire family of the 'survivors'.

If anyone can describe Kubla-Ross's stages, it might be of value to
others on the list (and a refresher for me).
