I am a director in a firm of consultants based in Glasgow, Scotland. We
work in a wide variety of companies, mainly SMEs, using the principles and
practices of OL. We find that such companies are rarely at the stage of OL
maturity where they can appreciate the concepts as good things in their
own right. The bottom line is what counts - and our ability to influence
it quickly and cost effectively.
I am particularly interested in how we switch senior management in such
companies on to the possibilities of OL when their time horizon is
extremely short.
