Robert says,
"For example, if we define learning as almost everything, and change as
everything, how can we discuss the link? I'm just playing with this idea,
but I am curious about other's opinions."
This is in reference to a letter in which John talks about the tight
linkage between being "ready" to change and actually changing. John is
quite right that there is something magic in learning to change, and it is
true that learning to change really is about change.
However, there is also a process by which one can become prepared for
change, and it is worthy of study. For purposes of understanding how to
change one can make the distinction between preparing and doing. I agree
with Robert it is worth such a distinction.
