I also thought it was too easy for Dilbert to ridicule business practices
(even if justifiably) without suggesting solutions. But actually, the
concluding chapter of the newest Dilbert book ("The Dilbert Principle"?)
DOES include a concluding chapter of straight-faced, and positive,
business advice. It's not bad either, though it suffers perhaps of the
cartoonist's stock-in-trade, exaggeration and oversimplification.
