Another source (though a little dated, it still has profound implications)
is George Land's 1973 work entitled "Grow or Die" (Creative Education
Foundation). This work was followed in 1991 in a collaborative effort with
Beth Jarman, entitled "Breakpoint and Beyond" (HarperCollins).
