It is also very liberating.... when I was an internal consultant I
noticed that the seperation of blame from responsibility enabled
people to engage with situations very constructively and reflect
on how they had contributed, along with other factors, to what had
happened. This seemed to facilitate personal growth and, because
they were looking at all the factors, to allow for changes to the
system to occur...
