Replying to LO9336 --

Blaming management is perhaps the most easiest way to externalize the
cause. The Managers, Unions, employees - everybody blames the invisible
managment. I have seen that as long as organizations have a clear
vision, focus and a direction, and get on to doing things that bring in
a challenge, an emotional attachment to the product and with the image
of the company, a pride for being in such an organization, the focus
shifts to "we have done it". If things go otherway, it is "They".
Managers, cannot absolve themselves from the challenge by aligning with
the "they". They are the "they". I agree that ensuring communication
lines are constantly maintained, is the best way to keep the spirit of
the organization going.
