I do not understand the arguments about the term "unlearning"
organisations because to me it is just like me getting rid of bad
habits since I started to understand what life is all about. The
same "things" happens to organisations or call it management or
employers and employees - some netters participating on the list
about spirituality in the work place talk about the environment in
an organisation becomes so toxic that you either have to leave or try
and adjust the situation so that it becomes user friendly again. To
me it is the same as "unlearning" or "get rid of it" or whatev'er you
may call this "thing".
Although I am a lurker, I am fascinated by the conversation taking
place on the list. Thank you for the privilege to listen to the
wisdom of all the LO-netters and to the manager of the list.
Have a nice day!!!
Regards,
Floris G. Visser.
