In our school district, and with a neighboring district that I work with
some, we are providing school improvement faciltator training that includes
practice in dialogue. We have used the concept of "suspension" of our
thoughts as a specific tool.

The training is very well-received. We hear stories from some participants
on how they are working to use the process. We have no results, much too
early. We are still working to build capacity within the district
leadership.

I'm hopeful, but a long ways to go.
