I have found that happiness comes when anger, intimidation and
hopelessness are replaced by compassion, charity and humility based
on the Golden Rule and the Serenity Prayer. Happiness results from
doing our best to improve those situations which once caused our
anger, etc. and having a very positive and enthusiastic attitude
every minute of every day which sets the finest example for all -
loved ones and other people with whom you interact. After all, life
is a bowl full of cherries and we only get to live each day once. Why
have a Bad Day to remember? Why not make every day a great day?? It's
your choice and no one can take that away from you. Sticks and stones
may hurt my bones, but words will never harm me.
