Bob,

I liked your idea of an "OQ" -- Organizational Quotient. Trying reading
Mike McMaster's book "The Intelligence Advantage: Organizing for
Complexity." I'm just about through with the book, and I found it to be
very insightful.

I'm sure Mike can shed more insight into organizational intelligence than
can I, as he wrote the book and has thought much harder about it than I.
Any comments Mike?
