Where to start? As a rule of thumb I would say every poilicy enforced does
'2' [or has a sie effect that over time induces '2']. Every one abolished
does '1'.
This is not a sufficient answer. My past history is littered with examples
[I spent a decade as an R&D manager] if you want to mail a direct enquiry
with a more specific idea of the reason for the request. Otherwise where
do I start?
