reply in this one msg.)

Hello Denis. Sorry to be obscure...

I feel that everyone and every group has special talents, special gifts.
When I say, "What is our role" or our special responsibility, I mean what
role seems indicated for us to play in this matter of corporate (and
individual) mental health.

When I say that just speaking out the truth doesn't feel right... Well, it
just doesn't seem to me that speaking out about the bad stuff alone would
be productive. And, from there I come to the view that we need an
organizational MLK to articulate both the vision and the current reality
of life in organizations.

Dilbert covers the current reality part to a degree. So does the press.

Who speaks both and energizes the tension between? Well, I think that's
our role, the role for people who have gotten the "bug" about learning
organizations and have built their skills.
