I work in Paris (France) as human resources development manager for
Sollac. Sollac is a french steel manufacturer with 20 000 people who
produce a little over 11 millions tons of flat steel products every year.
I am involved in training, work organization, management development,
total quality (for human resources), manpower planning and strategy at a
corporate level. I was trained in solid state physics.
Complexity, values, will senior managers ever change?, how to develop
efficient strategies for human resources? are among the questions which
interest me.
