My name is Les Lewis and I would like to request your assistance. I am a
Ph.D. student at the University of Texas at Austin and I am starting my
research for my dissertation. The topic is "what are the executive
leadership core competencies for managing change in rapid change high tech
environments". The focus will be on small business but any size firm will
be okay for this preliminary literature search. Do you have any research
data, information, or suggested sources for this or related topics?
