Driven by a request from a client, Henry Frechette of Innovation
Associates and I (of Arthur D. Little) are scheduling a special
Leadership and Mastery workshop at the end of September. We invite
additional teams of 4 to 7 managers to join us.
The difference of this workshop versus the regular Leadership and
Mastery workshop is that it is designed for a team-based cohort
experience.
Systems Thinking,
Personal Mastery,
Team Learning,
Shared Vision, and
Mental Models
will be explored as teams.

We have tentatively scheduled this workshop between a 7 day to a 10
day period starting September 16. The actual duration will be
determined in the next two weeks. The location will be either in
Cambridge, MA or Washington D.C.
