A great article has been published by Mintzberg in the July and August issue
of HBR. Entitled, "Musings on Management" Mintzberg debunks many of today's
"fads" in management, i.e., Re-Engineering (my FAVORITE one to LOATH!) and
others. It will definitely appeal to this group. Do yourself a favor and
take a look at it.
