I have been off the list for a while, and just rejoined, as a bit
of a lurker.
Art, bringing the Personal back into the Corporate is surely linked to
honesty. If you toe the company line without adding your personal touch,
you are putting a lot of faith in the honesty of the organisation - you
are what you do. This is what brings so many people undone. The Company is
always the sum of it's parts, but it the reverse does not necessarily
apply.
>From my perspective, to add my touch to all that I do is necessary, if
only from the perspective of mental health - I do not wish to abdicate
autonomy of my values. The company I keep happens to derive some benefit
(or otherwise, if I'm being honest:)). If this sounds vaguely religious, I
am a Christian. Consider the following
