Although a different product than discussed, I've noticed a marked
increase in alertness, overall well-being and increased energy when I
started taking some vitamins. I have experimented with not taking
them for days (when I ran out, I didn't even think about it) and
quickly found my energy and alertness disappearing.

I'm now committed to continue taking these vitamins. Some people may
say it's a placebo effect. I'm not so sure. In my hectic lifestyle,
I don't have the inclination to focus on all my dietary needs, and
ensure I get the right foods every day. Then again, do the foods,
being mass-produced nowadays, contain all the trace elements we still
need?

All I know is, like John Paul, I found a great positive effect after
taking them, although I was extremely....extremely skeptical at first.
If I wasn't as focused on improving my mind, I probably wouldn't
started focusing on improving my body! Now I'm excercising regularly,
need less sleep (I can't sleep in anymore...when the day starts, I
feel energized to start too!), and am constantly awake!

What a difference!
