Hello,

My name in Willem Jan van Dort and I'm studying economics at the Erasmus
University of Rotterdam. At the moment I am wordking on an essay for my
final exame here.

That is the reason that I aks you for some literature sources of critical
articles about learning organizations. I'm a real fan of the concept of
learining organizations but I want also some opposing ideas to evaluate
the concept thoroughly.

Till now I have found one really good article, it's called 'The myopia of
learning' by March,J and Levithal,D in The Strategic Management Journal,
Vol.14, 1993.

I hope you have some ideas for the literature I'm looking for.
