As some of you will know from my previous postings, I run a project [Tools
for Learning ] which is about the application of complexity ideas to the
learning organisation in local government. I tell people that Senge's
Fifth discipline ideas are a key part of the approach. I need:

1.some examples of the application of Senge's ideas to UK local
government, and

2. a speaker [preferably a local authority person rather than a
consultant, who could give a 1-2 hr input to my next MagNets [network
meetings] in Sept/Oct. I can pay expenses.

Is there anybody out there?

email me for more details if you need them

Many thanks in anticipation
