Comp in LO and TQM scenarios LO8443

I am involved in a current project in which there is expected resistance
to LO and TQM principles. Much of it centers around the dreaded issue of
"compensation". Would members be kind enough to offer their slant on this
issue and how they might have resolved it in prior projects, or in
companies they might be familiar with? I appreciate it greatly.
