I can't comment on the three books, but I am very partial to the first few
books by Philip Crosby on quality. Both are available in paperback and
both are very readable. The Juran stuff I have read is hard to get
through, so it depends on what you are looking for. Botht the Crosby books
and stuff by Deming's assistant/biographer (can't recall her name, might
begin with a W), are inspirational as well as thought provoking.
