I don't usually do this, but since this is an interesting list...am I the
only one that is wondering whether there is semantic confusion regarding
the term "value", perhaps as they are used in the above quotes. I'm tired,
but I look at:

valuing love of the environment
valuing loving other people
valuing protecting my organization

as not being the "same" kinds of things, somehow. >

I get the funny feeling that perhaps we are not sure what it is that value
means...
