It seems to me that what we are talking about in this interesting exchange
on "buy in" is what I would characterize as stewardship - don't we want
people who are in roles as top level leaders to actually be stewards of
SUSTAINING processes that lead us closer to LO practices? Could this mean
that learning must actually occur before this role is taken on at top
levels????? If so, is our change agent role more about extending the
right experiences/opportunites to learn at that level, rather than
"selling" to just get something through the approval loop?
