My name is Alan Garcma Lira, I teach and research at Universidad
Autonoma de Yucatan (Mixico), I studied Chemical Engineering after
some years studied a diploma course on Management of Technology, and
moved my focus to managerial matters. Currently I am leading this
program at my university.
Just in last two years I got information about Learning Organisation
concept and wonder if this kind of organisations that are growing in
developed countries would increase the gap between countries. My own
answer was yes, so I started to obtain information about it, further I
proposed to add this topic into Management of TEchnology curricula.
I expect to join this discussion group to get deeper and updated
information on L.O.
