John, what if instead of managing by consensus, we try to manage by
integration? When you said that every time you put a group of experts from
to work on a complex problem, then I would say that we can put that
situation up in the air and we might be able to see the rational for the
different views. This process might help us develop a way (or ways) of
approaching the problem that would the result of the integration of the
different views!

Does this make sense?
