For those of you who have been following this issue of control and
management, I recommend the book Leadership Development by Lee and Norma
Barr, 1994, Eakin Press, Austin TX. It is especially helpful for leaders
and managers who know their MBTI preferences and want/need to develop
their other preferences (usually the NFP stuff!)
There are activities a person can do on their own. Chapter 6 is on
Controlling vs. Adapting (the whole J-P thing) and Chapter 7 is on
Change. As Miagi (sp?) said to Danielson - BALANCE is the key!
