Deming was referring to a factory production worker who was very
much a cog in the wheel of the plant. They were told exactly what to
do. In the softer parts of business, there is ample opportunity for
the individual to display personal mastery and make a difference.

Even asking Why 5 times can make a difference in breaking paradigms.
If we do not believe this, then we do not believe an LO is possible!
