Hello Tobin.

Thanks for the encouragement. I often wonder if I'm just blowing smoke or
if what I have (mostly based on experience) relates to reality. I guess
you can't discover that until you express it.

What do you teach? I'm a corporate Cartoonist/illustrator, so I end up
being the conduit that a lot of information/concepts are passed. I guess
I'm a teacher of sorts too. Being involved in this business of change, I
discovered Peter Senges 5th discipline and field book (along with Demming
and many others) while helping re-design a tooling system in a major
airplane manufacturing company. Can't help but grab on and go with it...
it fits.

Now I'm building a team that does what I do.. Seems everything grows.
