Hello! My name is Glenn Marchi. By trade, I'm an applications programmer
in the information systems field, and a Major in the military reserves.
I'm also ABD (All But Dissertation) at State University of New York,
Albany, in the information science Ph.D. program.

My dissertation topic is how the Internet facilitates organizational
learning. Are there any studies that show how the Internet facilitates
the learning organization? How are learning organizations using the
Internet? Any leads, suggestions, thoughts, ideas are welcome! Thank you,
