Let me introduce myself. My name's Paran Daman and I'm finishing
up my doctoral dissertation in HRD at the University of Arkansas. My
dissertation deals with the job factors perceived to be important by the
employees in a particular department. I'm very much interested in finding
out what cos/organizations out there - in the real world - have done to
accomodate the needs of the employees in the workplace. I've got tons of
textbood examples. But I'm looking for "real live" examples too. If any
