It's already happened. We euphemistically call our toolset of the moment
"stuff that works" and we keep adding and subtracting items that are
working more or less well. We did it precisely to escape the
pigeon-holing that concerned your colleague. Sure enough, a couple of
clients now call it "STW" increasingly less in jest. Labels are indeed
hard to avoid.
