Our vendor, World, is changing their mail software and increasing capacity
on the machine that handles mail. A major change occured Wed night and I'm
seeing increased problems (undeliverable notices, lags in mail delivery)
as a result. As usual with complex systems, we'll probably have worse
before better as a result of the changes.
I'm talking with the vendor and ask everyone to be patient with the LO
mail over the next few days, after which I expect that we will see a
return to the performance (rock-solid and immediate) that we expect from
email.
