Scott makes a good point about the difference between his interpretation
of "Shepherding" and the "Sweet Feed Theory of Organizational
Development." And, I admit that I can't quite find a word that describes
what I want to imply.
So what's the word that means:
"to lead, without anyone knowing your leading, so individuals believe they
are leading themselves."
