"Rengineering" is an awful concept brcause it does not take into account
the "people" side of organizational life. What more could one expect from
two engineers anyway? I suggest you read the excellent series on
downsizing cureently being published in the New York Times. It shows the
dark reality of this nonsense called reengineering.
