Self-Managing Teams in IT LO5777

Leaderskill Group is an Org Dev consultancy operating in Australia. We
have a client who is looking for evidence of the successful implementation
of SMT's with Info Tech staff especially S/W development teams. I would
be grateful for any input on this subject.

This is the first time I have used this service having only subscribed a
few days ago! I look forward with some interest to seeing the response.
