1. Evidence that what I and others are doing together is working!! With a
sense that things are changing (and sometimes in the desired directions
helps even more!).

2. That someone is on the journey with me (if I am alone too long and
nobody else signs on, there is the distinct possibility that I am the one
who needs changing!).

So, in summary, I think feedback of all sorts is extremely important to
me.
