I was introduced to Argyris in 1984 or so through an article "Some inner
contradiction in Management Information Systems'. Easy. Then, about 1988,
i read 'Strategy, Change and Defensive Routines'. I'm still working on the
latter. So yes it is a source, and no i cannot possibly recommend it.
