I agree with you, but how is this done on an national basis. Clinton
virtually excluded the medical profession from his deliberations, and most
other countries have as well. They are seen as too self interested. Then
there are the patients, community, payers, and possibly employers to
include in the discussions as well.

As a learning organisation, the health system is an incredible challenge!!
