I'm a Senior Consulting on Management and Learning Organization. I'm
working since 1980 with the most important Services Companies, Banks
Industries and State Organization.

In Italy i ave published two books: "Modelli per decidere" (Decisions
Models) and "Paradossi del cambiamento" (Changing's Paradoxes) for Franco
Angeli Editore. Now I'm studing how to use dinamics models (diretly from
P. Senge thery) in learning organization and in change management. So I'm
curious about these topics.
